SOTU 2015

So, here's what President Obama said last night.

The Union is good, despite my best efforts.  So here's what I'm going to do.  I'm going to veto anything congress passes, then demand that they work with me.

Divide the Union!  Blame the Rich!  Let the Terrorists win!  Be a pussy on foreign affairs, and a beast to deal with at home!  Peace out Bitches!

Yeah, that's it.  The only thing he didn't say was "White people suck."  I'm not really sure why not.

You know Einstein's definition of insanity?  Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.  President Obama has proved that his policies don't work.  Said so in the midterms, also adding that people didn't like the policies.  But he is so damned arrogant he doesn't care.  He is the "do nothing" president.  That's what he set up last night.  He is going to do nothing for the next two years.

He'd rather burn the union to the ground than to do anything good or healthy for those he is supposed to be responsible for.  His pride is leading us to our fall.

Captain America for President

*** Warning! Contains Spoilers!***

You've been warned.

Ok, so yesterday I posted my review for Captain America: The Winter Solider.  Well worth reading.  Today, I'm going more for the message of Captain America.

Cap learns in the beginning of the movie that Nick Fury, Director of S.H.I.E.L.D., commissioned three new helicarriers.  Only these three were linked to satellites.  These satellites took up information on everyone on the planet, things like spending records and who they talked to.  They tracked google searches, text messages, and GPS locations.  In doing so, they were able to compile information on everyone, like who they voted for, or whether or not they would lead people.

Kinda sound familiar, doesn't it?  Not so fictitious, is it?

Then you have this conversation.
Fury- "We're going to start a lot of threats before they even happen."
Cap- "I thought the punishment usually came after the crime."

Cap ends up having to go on the run, hunted be the government, because he wouldn't help them propagate this kind of behavior.  They declare him an enemy, and everyone is hunting him with the intent to kill.

I bet the IRS audited him for being a patriot too.

As it turns out, many of the leaders where secret working for Hydra, who was seeking to bring order to the world.  People, they decided, couldn't be trusted with freedom.  So they decided to push the world to chaos so that they could create order.  They did things like ruined the economy, instituted socialist Health Care, and allowed terrorists to roam free, calling it things like "workplace violence" instead of terrorism.

Apparently Obama, Reid, and Pelosi are members of Hydra.

Remember those helicarriers?  They were sent after people, not terrorists, but those view as true enemies of Hyrda, proponents of liberty.  So they were going to do drone strikes on anyone that might become a leader of people that had values other than their own.

Remember when Obama said that conservatives, not terrorists where the greatest threat to America?  Hail Hydra.

In the end, Captain America was willing to risk and even end his life in defense of freedom.  And he called on others to do the same.  "The cost of liberty is high, but it's a price I'm willing to pay."

Captain America is a conservative (this is something from the comics, especially seen in the Marvel Civil War).  He believes in conservative values like freedom and choice.  As opposed to so-called liberals, who believe in the government and have a war on liberty.

How long until Hydra comes knocking at your door?  Will you fall in lock step, or pay the price?

Hail Hydra, or fight with Captain America.  I know what I'd rather do.

Obama's April Fools Joke

Did you hear this one yesterday?  Obama came out and said that ObamaCare is working!  Ha ha!  That's a good one!

After all, you can keep your doctor, your insurance plan, and your premiums have gone down, right?  He also said they didn't make a hard sell, which is why then spent millions on commercials and endorsements!

Oh Obama, such a jokester.  I guess Putin was right about that.  I mean, the way Biden was laughing, it must be a joke, right?

No?  He was serious?

Because I'm paying 4 times the monthly premium I paid before, and my insurance isn't as good.  More people lost their insurance than got new insurance under ObamaCare.  People have less options, higher cost, lost their doctors.

They say if you repeat a lie often enough and loud enough, it will eventually be accepted as fact.

Guess they haven't said it enough yet.

ObamaCare: A personal testimony

So the CBO report has been highly debated.  Are people losing jobs, or are they walking away from extra jobs because they don't need them?

Well, my mother was nearly canned for insurance purposes.  They ended up negotiating to drop full time employees to ensuring the employee only, not their family.  Since my mom is both a widow and an empty-nester, this allowed her to stay.  Her friend Brenda was not so fortunate.  This 60 year old woman is now working the graveyard shift at Amazon.com's shipping center, doing hard manual labor in 10-12 hour shifts just for insurance coverage.  Where's her promised "freedom"?

What the Democrats call "job lock" we once called "having a steady job."

I've recently become employed once more.  But I took a pay cut of 1/4th, and have to provide my own insurance.  My good friend John Thompson is sending me a monthly check to cover that for the next year.  That's a big relief.

That said, my insurance cost before Obamacare was $65 per month.  Now it is $237.16.  And since they regulate the market, I was not able to find private insurance any cheaper, because Obama tells the companies what they will pay and what they will cover, as well as who your doctor will be.  It's a government HMO.  Thanks for that.

Another thing that changed in the law is that now, I have to have maternity coverage.  You know, in case I give birth.  Now, if I knocked a girl up, she has to have her own coverage.  This won't roll over to her.  Nope.  This is in case I give birth.  I also have to have pediatric dental coverage.  You know, to cover the dental care for kids that I don't have.  And I am required by Federal Law to purchase this.

Now here's the fun part.  When I went to get private health insurance, I was required to buy this separately.  But when I tried to do this, I was asked for my child's name and Social Security number, which I can't provide because I don't have a kid.  So it is ILLEGAL for my to buy what I am LEGALLY REQUIRED to buy.

All that was done so that I was federally required to buy directly from HealthCare.gov.

So much for my freedom.  Thanks President Obama.

ObamaCare hits home

I hate to say "I told you so."  Especially when it's bad.  But I told you ObamaCare sucks.  It destroys jobs.

My mom just found out yesterday (Monday) that she has a difficult decision.  She can either have Health Insurance, or a job.  That's right.  Because Obama's regulations, my mother's insurance has skyrocketed.  The school that she works for is voting Thursday to get rid of insurance for the teacher's aides.  She's been at that job for 27 years, and has been told she either has to retire before the vote on Thursday, or she has to go without insurance, knowing that she can't afford ObamaCare, which she is required by law to have.

That's right.  She has just entered government enforced poverty.  She either can have insurance or an income.  Her thought is she might be able to get an income, but she absolutely cannot get insurance.  So she has to leave a job which she loves to afford health insurance.

And she's not the only one effected.  Other aides that were hired after a certain date are not only losing their insurance, but also their hours.  Since ObamaCare not requires employers to provide insurance for those who have more than 30 hours, and companies still can't afford to provide benefits, then not only do these people not have insurance, but have less income.  That's what happens when idiot politicians like Obama and Pelosi who have never held a real job or done anything in real life make decisions for the rest of the country.  They had excellent intentions, but reality is simply different.  The road to hell, and national poverty, is paved with good intentions.

Leave us Alone

So there’s been a lot going on lately that I want to just say “Leave me alone.” There has been way too many people trying to get into my business.

For example, New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg is running ads in eight states, not New York, advocating people to call their Congressional Representatives and Senators to get them to pass gun control. Dude, you are the mayor of New York not the United States. You have gun control where you live. What I do, what those that represent me on a federal level do, is our business, not yours. Leave me alone. (I would also be remiss to fail to mention that the commercial featured some of the worst gun safety ever seen.)

Then former funny man Jim Carey released a video against guns, claiming Charlton Heston didn’t go to heaven because he liked guns. Didn’t mention that Heston was one of the early civil rights advocates in Hollywood, you know, before it was cool. The video also featured Ghandi, who once said one of the worst things England did to India was to deny them the right to bear arms. Think about this: Carey is famous for talking from his butt, literally, and for trying to make it illegal for me to vaccinate my kids, despite the fact that more people died from the mumps last year than guns. Hmm… Here’s an idea Jim, why don’t you try to get a career again, and keep your talking rear out of my business. Leave me alone.

Reverend Lyon of St. John’s Episcopal Church said that as a Christian, I have to be racist, pushing “blacks back to the back of the bus.” I hate to tell you, you idiotic psychopath, but it was DEMOCRAT governors that turned the fire hoses on people protesting for civil rights. Who were those protestors? CHRISTIANS!!! Even Dr. King was a Reverend. So stop trying to rewrite history and stop trying to tell me what I’m supposed to believe. Leave me alone.

A Princeton Alumnus sent a letter to all female students telling them that they needed to get married before they graduated. (In that letter, she also said that blue collar people are stupid. For one, some of the smartest people you’ll ever meet are blue collar. You want the guy who fixes you car to be smart. One of the smartest people you’ll meet is a construction worker, who needs to decided how many braces go into your ceiling and at what angles to keep your roof from collapsing when you get three feet of snow.) What is it any of your business when they marry, or who? Leave them alone.

Personally, I believe in freedom. I don’t want the government to tell me to buy Health Insurance, let alone require it after making it more expensive for me to do so. I don’t want overregulation for the sake of giving some government paper-pusher something to do. I’m an American. I want to be left alone, to seek to live my own life.

2013 finances

So I've been in the job where I'm at for just a few months shy of five years.  It that time, my paycheck has gone up by one forth.  Here's the thing though.  In that time, gas prices have doubled.  Groceries have doubled.  Meals out more than doubled.  Health care may double this year alone.

Now, because of my job I have to eat out.  A lot.  And my work doesn't reimburse these.  I have to at the beginning of each year designate part of my paycheck toward meals, and that amount gets withheld for expenses.  In other words, it's like I don't get paid that amount, but can use it to pay for those meals.  They are completely tax defered.

That said, if you look at my income and subtract this expense, each year I in effect make less money.

During the debates, President Obama said that inflation was a sign of a strong economy.  Then our economy is awesome, because it is getting harder and harder for middle class Americans to pay our bills.  Inflation may not effect wealthy politicians, but it's driving the middle class into the poor house.

So let me say this to all politicians.  Stop spending us into the poor house.  As our debt climbs, the dollar devalues, and it becomes harder for people to cover their bills.  So both parties, stop screwing around with our lives and cut the crap from the budget.  We can't afford your "help" anymore.  I hope you vote not to raise the debt cieling, because all that does is dig a deeper hole.  You should work on solutions instead.

Ok, rant over, for now.

President Obama and the debate

So, I DVRed the debate, and have not finished watching it yet, but allow me to point a few things out.

The President said low gas prices are a sign of a bad economy.  No wonder he acts so much like Jimmy Carter!  Well, if my being able to afford gas and groceries are the sign of a bad economy, then bring it on!

The president said he's against gender discrimination.  Yet two of his appointed positions were sued for gender discrimination and sexual harassment, with the lawsuits saying that they "ran things like a sorority."  Women are paid 18% less by the Obama administration.  They have disproportionately lost jobs under Obama.  When asked about that, he equated contraception to women's jobs.  Apparently, he views women as wombs for hire.

The president wants to raise taxes to raise revenue, but historically, higher taxes=less revenue and more spending.  So if they raise taxes, they will spend more and take less in.  Why?  Because that means more people out of work, and therefore less overall revenue.  Maybe, instead of looking "forward," he should read a book and look at how things work in the real world.

The President also claimed he cut taxes 18 times.  That's true, if you include cutting taxes on special interest groups and temporary measures which have expired.  He also raised taxes on the middle class through ObamaCare.  He also claimed ObamaCare would lower premiums, but they have raised more than he said they would lower.

Obama also lied about the Arizona law, which the Supreme Court upheld.  They cannot pull someone over because they "look illegal."  If they pull someone over on another violation, they have to present papers.  SO DO I.  I have to present a driver's license.  Don't you?  If they can't produce papers, then an investigation can begin as to whether they were here legally.

Obama also said that he called Libya terrorism.  The Moderator backed him.  Then after the debate, she admitted SHE WAS WRONG.  He said terrorism would not be tolerated, but never said Libya was terrorism.  Too bad to Obama-supporting moderator didn't fact check before putting in her two cents.  Admitting fault later does little to undo the damage.

Lastly, Obama kept saying "That's not true.  That's not true."  They say that if you repeat a lie often enough, loud enough, it will be accepted as truth.  He's trying to paint Romney as a liar, but as Romney said in the first debate, "As president, you're entitled to your own house and your own plane, not your own facts."  Obama's record doesn't match his rhetoric.

Einstein once said "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, and expecting a different result."  So do you really think four more years will yield a different result?

8-1-12 and the First Amendment. Win, lose, or draw?

Social Media has been active lately, all revolving around chicken.  Well, not really chicken.  About religious beliefs and whether people have a right to them.  If a private citizen was asked about his religion by a religious magazine, can you hold an entire company accountable?

Some organized boycotts.  I'm fine with that.  I've long said that.  If you don't agree with a company, don't go there.  If you don't like how Wal-Mart, for example, does business, don't write your congressman.  Just shop elsewhere.  Because it doesn't matter what you say about a company.  They are going to watch their bottom line.  So I love the fact that people are boycotting.

Others, to show their support, organized a day to do so.  Yesterday, people bought chicken.  We have three Chick-Fil-As locally.  At least one ran out of Waffle fries!  I have friends across the country who reported what theirs looked like.  A friend in Maryland went to one, and had to go to the Wendy's across the street, because they only give him and hour for lunch.  Wendy's, he said, was also slammed because of the overflow.  Someone in Louisville, KY said that local news reports were advising people to detour around every one of them in the city, because they were so packed that cars were blocking traffic in a several block radius of them.

I wanted to see for myself.  I didn't want media bias or others propaganda.  I drove by the least busy of the three in my city.  Cars were wrapped around the block for the drive through.  Those going inside took up the parking lot of the restaurant.  And the McDonalds next door.  And the strip mall behind it.  And that end of the Target Parking lot.  And that end of the parking area of a kids' play place.  I know because I watched people walking to and from their cars.  I know because as I drove around, I looked in the window and saw that many could not even fit inside the fast-food place.  I've never seen so many people in such a small place.  I myself did not go in.  I couldn't have gotten inside.

As you know, I often report on the loss of freedoms, especially First Amendment rights.  This was a day for either side to make themselves heard.

And yet, this was also a day to watch religious freedom vanish.  Under ObamaCare, 8-1 was a day when religious associated charities and medical services are now forced to violate their religious freedom.  Catholics in particular object to birth control in all forms as a religious belief.  Now they are not just forced to distribute, but pay for something that violates their religion.  But this goes beyond just the Catholic Church.  According to the ObamaCare definition of birth control, this includes the so called "Morning After" or "Abortion" pill, RU486.  That's right.  Pro-lifers now have to pay for abortions.

My question is why?  Yesterday, people were allowed to buy or boycott chicken, based on their belief.  But they are forced to purchase and distribute something that destroys a human being.  What's worse, this wasn't covered on the news because of chicken.

So Freedom of Speech and Freedom to Assembly were upheld yesterday.  But Freedom of Religion and the Right to Life were not.  Hm...

So what do you think?  Win?  Lose?  Draw?  I'm a natural pessimist, and I tend to value the unborn over waffle fries, so I'm leaning toward loss.  But please leave a comment letting me know what you think.  Start with any of the three options, then explain why.

Supreme Court and the Individual Mandate

The Supreme Court just ruled that the government has the right to tell us that we have to buy something.  So what will the government tell us that we have to buy next?

6-28-12.  Remember this day.  Your grandkids will ask you about this day.  This is the day when the Supreme Court ruled that the Federal government matters; individual liberty does not.

So ends the dream that was America.  This may seem like an overreaction, but the bottom line is freedom and safety are on opposite ends of the spectrum.  Both are good, but both are mutually exclusive.  The Patriot Act.  Obamacare.  Next will come some "Hate Speech Act" that makes it illegal to preach from the Bible, because the Bible calls sin what it is, and says that there are consquences.

Understand this, I don't blame Obama.  He's doing what he believes to be right.  And this isn't a Republican-Democrat things (after all, the Patriot Act was Bush).  This is a government vs. liberty issue.

Today, government won.

Say WHAT?!!!

I can't believe he said it. I just can't believe it. In an interview, President Obama said that the reason he hasn't done more, is because the Founding Fathers made a mistake by writing the Constitution. If they wouldn't have put in those checks and balances that causes Congress to be able to block things he wanted to do.

I'm sorry, did you just say that you want to be a dictator?

Yes, yes you did.

Wow. I can't believe he said it. I know that so called "Progressives" hate the Constitution. They don't want people to be free. Well, that's not exactly right. They think they want people to be free. But they also believe that people are stupid, so they need to do things whether the people want them or not, like a parent caring for children. "Daddy's home. Have some welfare. Here's a health care bill. While we're at it, you don't really need freedom of religion, so I'm going to take that back."

President Obama hates a representative government, because we don't know what we need. And the people we elect listen (in theory) to us, so their getting in the way of his "better" world. By the way, WE ELECTED YOU, MORON!

This is the same president who tried to get Fox News thrown out of the press core, until the other news organizations (who HATE Fox) revolted to protect freedom of the press. This is the same president who tried to force churches to hire ministers who don't believe what they practice (overturned by one of the few unanimous votes in the history of the Supreme Court), and now is trying to force Catholics to violate their own religious practices. (The press secretary tried to reassure people, saying that they would still have to comply, but they would have a year to change their religion before it was implemented.) This is the same president who bought private companies on behalf of the government, and made it illegal for private Mortgage and Student Loan businesses to operate.

You know me. I try to be politically neutral. But this president has crossed a line in my book. I just hope the damage is not permanent, but can be reversed. If not, our freedoms which have slowly been eroding are about to disappear entirely.

Here's what I propose: Vote. If you like the direction this president wants to go, vote for him, and vote for representatives that agree with him. If not, research the candidate of the other party, and vote for the one who aligns with you. That is how the primary is supposed to work.

Apathy is the Opposite of Leadership

Ok, I try not to be overly political, mostly because I hate our political system. Yes, we have it better than most every other country. But we still have had several presidents that haven't been very good.

Right now though, we have a "do nothing" president. Japan gets hit with a record quake? Press conference mention it, but that's it. The military that is there can help, but let's not send more aide than that. Economy is terrible because of a weak dollar? Print more money and make it weaker. Gas prices too high? Ignore it.

Libya blowing up its citizens? Do nothing. Ok, I just learned that we did drop a few bombs (like Clinton did to Afghanistan) as of today, but only after France took the lead. (Interestingly enough, France doesn't actually have bombs, so they dropped champagne and caviar, confusing Qadaffi's forces. A friend asked, "I wonder how long until France surrenders?")

Our president walked in with a simple agenda: universal health care bill that we pay tons for and no one wants because it was 2000 pages and included death panels, etc; close Gitmo and end the wars, because we should be nicer to the terrorists; spends tons of money on a stimulus to ruin the economy, support the unions and kill small business. That's a simple agenda. Of course, McCain wasn't really any better, I should point out.

The problem is, now that the agenda is over... well... that's it. He doesn't know what to do. Yes every president golfs, but most of them actually have press conferences. Occasionally. About things that affect people's lives. Here's the really issue, being in charge does not make you a leader. I know. I'm in charge of many things, but I have a difficulty leading. I hate having to make those really tough decisions. Then again, that's why I won't run for president (so don't ask).

In order to be a leader, you have to be out front, and people have to follow you. Here's the problem with legislators. Presidents who came from the Senate or House only really want to create and pass laws. Obama having a background as a law professor is an exaggerated example of this. He really doesn't have the skills or leadership ability required by the position, and I think in frustration kinda became a lame duck. And again, McCain would not have been much better. He is also Senator. This is why voting in the primaries is important, to try to select leaders, not just a name you heard of before.

In final, I want to say if you are in charge of anything, at all, take this lesson to heart. You can have a position of authority, but it is for naught if you aren't out in front, and if no one is following you.

Priveledge

Privilege is one of my biggest pet peeves lately. It seems to permeate everywhere. It is this "I deserve it" mentality. Let's look at some examples from recent memory.

Washington: Politicians honestly believe that they are better than everyone else. They don't care what promises they make, because the rules don't apply to them. Charlie Rangle is a great example. He's on the finance commitee, but is being brought up on ethics charges for tax evasion. If that was me, the IRS would have taken me for everything I am worth. Him? Well, his response is "I'm not going anywhere." He deserves to be there, and you should vote for him because he deserves to be there.

Even with the Health Care thing. Virtually everyone was opposed to it, but Pelosi, Obama, and insiders of both parties have this "father knows best" mentality and passed it anyway. If you are so stupid that you cannot understand that paying more for crappier health care is good for you, well, who cares? They don't.

Finances: So stupid. I know a family that the dad works two full time jobs and walks to work. The wife stays at home and sits on her rear, but has to have the car just in case she wants to go somewhere. She spends money like its going out of style. She won't cook, so the family goes out to a different all-you-can-eat buffet each night. She doesn't bathe her kids, so they smell. Her grandmother comes over once a week to make sure the teenage son showers each week, and cleanes house while the mom sits on her enormous rear. I was one of many people who helped this family move recently, and the mom sat in her recliner and watched us work.

Plus, I know two families who ask us to pray for their finances, but take frequent vacations because "they deserve it." After all, their lives are so bad they need these vacations. Maybe if they would WORK and STAY AT HOME their finances wouldn't be in bad shape. God has already provided what they need, so I won't pray for that anymore until they are willing to obey. No one deserves a vacation. It is a luxury that most of the world can't afford. If you can, do it. But it is not right for your kids to suffer because you feel the need to drive to Colorado for a fishing trip.

Same with the housing crash. People deserved that house they couldn't afford. How dare that bank expect them to honor that contract! They knew they couldn't afford it, so the bank should have known that they couldn't and not expected them to pay.

The church: This one makes me the sickest, and I have been dealing with the most lately. I am constantly harassed by people who don't want to serve, but wish to have more fellowship events where they can sit with the same friends they sit with on Sunday. They deserve it. And they don't like all these new people coming, because they don't "know everyone anymore."

In essence, they are saying "we're full. They rest of you have to go to hell now." If they want to know what they deserve, it isn't the church they want. THEY DESERVE TO BURN IN THE FIRES OF HELL FOR ALL ETERNITY. Eternal loneliness and torture for forever. If we EVER forget that even for a second, we spit in the face of God, call the death of Jesus worthless, and tell the Holy Spirit we don't need him and don't want him interfering with us.

I don't know about you, but I don't want to send people to the Hell I deserve because I'm too lazy to get off my fat butt and serve another human being with the kind of love God showed me. They don't deserve it, but God does. The Holy One, God Almighty, the LORD is the ONLY one who deserves anything good. If he is willing to give up his rights to come to earth and be rejected and tortured to death by the people he came to save and then turn around and forgive them, then why can't we give up our "rights" that only exist in our own minds?

Edit 6/12/11: In light of recent events, check out part 2.

Health Care

Ok, I have a few minutes to weigh in on this. There's a lot that could be said. I think it would be apparent where I would land on this issue. But I might surprise you.

Let me start by saying I think this thing has problems. First of all, a health care bill that includes a government takeover of student loans? What does that have to do with anything? It seems this has provisions that have nothing to do with health. It bothers me that in the name of providing for those who can't provide for themselves, they did many things that have nothing to do with caring for people. In fact, after Obama's signing of the bill into law, the white house press secretary admitted that it had nothing to do with health, but with redistribution of wealth. No one has any idea what is in the thing. They didn't read it. They just passed it.

Or we could move into how it was passed. There was some strong arming, with the president mocking the Tea Party Movement (named after the Boston Tea Party, the start of the American revolution), calling them the Tea-bag movement. The President mocking Americans? How about the State of the Union, where Obama said people that are against it just don't understand it, basically calling his opposition stupid.

That I can get over. Realistically, I think Obama is an idealist who is standing up for what he believes in. I respect him for that, even if I don't always agree with policy or his tactics. What I CANNOT stand is congress. Many were given MILLIONS in campaign contributions if they would vote for the health care bill. That's called BRIBERY where I come from. This is the most corrupt, immoral congress in the history of America. They don't care about what they believe in, only about who will line their pockets. Many in Congress should be prosecuted. Almost all, regardless of party, are corrupt to the point that it is time to be sent home. We need public servants, not people who think the public exists to serve them. Republicans for years manipulated Christians to make them vote in fear of abortion. They didn't care. They did nothing to stop it. The Religious Right in response became anti-democrat on any issue. The democrats have oppressed the "minorities" as well as Republicans, because if they convince them "we'll take care of you" then of course the poor will vote for Democrats, but if they actually got a leg up, well, then they won't need us anymore so they might stop voting for us, so we have to keep them down.

Here's the bottom line. Congress is corrupt and worthless. I believe that the time of America is over. I just hope that our economy lasts long enough to help build up Haiti or rebuild Chile. If you want to talk about a "right" of health care, what about the right of clean drinking water? We will spend trillions on "health care" (when incidentally, if you walk into an emergency room, you will get the health care you need) when if we spent only millions everyone in the WORLD could have clean drinking water. Do you know what the number 1 cause of death of children under 5 is? Diarrea caused by unclean, diseased drinking water. Diseases like Malaria, polio, and TB also ravage third world contries, when they are COMPLETELY PREVENTABLE. They want government funded lyposuction, but others don't get the basic right to live.
